Mike has been a leader in software engineering and design, and computer infrastructure for over 30 years. His experience spans hardware, systems, networks, and IT architecture.
Mike worked as a senior architect at Rich/Reuters trading room systems, Systems Development Corp., Sun Microsystems and Oracle. He has participated in complex architecture designs and implementations for F5 and Motorola.
Mike has developed software from automating simple tasks to extremely complex real-time trading room systems, from embedded systems, mobile applications and devices, to IT operations and management.

Max Tech Sales needed some extensive redesign of their office network. New Phoenix redesigned their entire IT infrastructure. Designing out a Windows Server, upgrading their WiFi and firewall systems, implementing a guest network, and implementing a VPN.

New Phoenix has partnered with CDT for over 17 years, starting with a Y2K mitration that included a SCO UNIX to Solaris conversion. Additional work has included system and network management and maintenance, database administration, custom software development, firewalls, VPNs, file servers, and mail servers.

Convergence came to New Phoenix with a complex idea for a futures trading platform. Work started with the initial concept and working prototype, and continues with ongoing architecture, infrastructure, and software development and maintenance.
